For those poor unfortunates who dont live in london I would like to introduce you to fast food curry . The food arrives pretty much as you recieve your change. TBH its acutally tastes damn good also. EDIT: reading the site it talks about the history of tiffin here most interesting.

Well just returned from the run, I _really_ could not be arsed but well hell I did it. 10 mins at a fast jog 8 mins fast walk followed by 2 mins sprint. Raa I feel pretty zonked but I did it.

OK so it was a rest day yesturday .. yaay .. today I have to run .. boo .. My legs are not hurting they dont have much run in them though 😦

Well back from holiday, we went to wales, somewhere neer llanwrtyd wells, it was most awsome. Maybe I will post later about the holiday itself. How is it they taste SOOOOO good. Pret donuts are also quite lovely .. hmm actually now I come to think of it all donuts are great. KK’s are defn the best though.
